Hi there, Thanksgiving is right around the corner and we don’t have to wait until then to think about and voice what it is we’re thankful for. I’ve been learning each day for the past eight years since my walk with the Lord began to be thankful everyday in the good and not so good times. To search for the small things up to the big things and thank the Lord for them. It always seems to make my day go so much smoother when I search for the little things to be thankful for.
I am thankful for so much but here’s a little list:
my life
the smiles of my husband and children
my son putting his trash away
sunshine to hang the clothes out
quietness
hot water
laughter
my pillow
being able to hold my husband’s hand
time with my family
feeling peaceful
when there’s no traffic and I can pull out
the library
paint and paper
my husband’s help
my son’s help
So, what are you thankful for today?
Boy, I sure do have a great deal to be thankful for but I suppose I would start with the love of a Savior and the beauty of my daughter.
